Back for a 3rd year, ng5k returns for 2008!
A FREE event for all the family, the Fun Run is open to people of all ages and all levels of ability.
What's great about ng5k is that you don't have to be a serious runner to take part.
Whether you choose to run, jog, walk, take part by wheelchair, or push the kids along in their buggy -
It's entirely up to you! With a whole host of free activities planned including face painting, bouncy castle, and free sports massage- ng5k offers a great fun day out!
